ON SOLIDWORKS, How do I get my cartridge index to update with the revision table index?

create a note on your plan and put in it    $PRP:"Review"

Hello, yes depending on the name of your custom version / index / revision property (be careful with accents) you must first edit the basemap with a right click > edit 

Then as OBI WAN said, you have to write in a note $PRP: "name of your property in quotation marks"

Then save the basemap so that it can be reused by default (slddrwdot format I think).
