This morning my license is expiring (Solidworks premium 2016 SP 1).
I called a person from the company who takes care of this.
Anyway my solidworks license is good, but I also asked to update to a newer solidworks. The person on the phone told me to go through the Lynkoa site to update my software.
I would like to switch it to a 2017 version but now I am dry, I can't find the access path through the site.
No need to go through Lynkoa, if you have a valid license number and an account on the Solidworks website (Customer portal) you can directly download the sources.
I have a valid license number but no account on Solidworks customer portal (I'm alone in the design office, I don't know how my predecessor did it or if he has an account).
There is a link to update on Lynkoa/myCADservices, but it is hidden. To get it, you have to open a support ticket via the myCADservices platform and ask them for the URL.
