Solidworks 2013 SP0 to SP05 Update

Hello

I tried to update my solidworks 2013 SP0 it offers me an SP05 version and when I launch the installation I get this message:

The installation files could not be downloaded because: Unable to run the SolidWorks 2013 x64 Edition SP05 Installation Manager because the application was not properly extracted. If the problem persists, contact your local technical support. If the problem persists, a proxy server may be blocking automatic downloads. Choose the option to manually upload files instead.

For more information on upload errors, visit the Customer Portal.

How else can I install SP05?

Thank you in advance.

Hello

Have you tried it several times?

Otherwise, you have to go to the SolidWorks website to download the installer here by selecting 2013:

https://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/downloads.htm

Or is it attached:)

How many times have you tried?

A while ago, I had to try 10 to 20 times to make it work!

Otherwise, you have to download the files manually (2nd option).

Like PL but with less patience, now I don't ask myself the question anymore: connection to the SW customer portal and download of the 4GB, finally it's not longer.

I run it in the evening and do my install the next morning.

Thank you for your answers.

I looked to download solidworks 2013 SP05 on the SW site but I can't find it

You must log in to your solidworks customer account:

https://www.solidworks.com/sw/2109_ENU_HTML.htm

Then go to this address and choose 2013:

https://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/downloads.htm

But you'll get the same file I attached!

I think it's a firewall problem, to do with the inforamtic service.
