Is it possible, without going through a macro, to change the scale of all the tabs of my MEP in one go.

it depends on your version of SW.
On an SW19 version:
- right-click on one of the sheets (either the tab, or in the feature manager, or in an empty area of the sheet) / properties:
Click on the circled button
- Choose the sheets to be modified:
