Now that I can make a knurling of a piece with appearances, I would like to represent this knurling
on the drawing .
Drawing -> hatched area there is no representation of the knurling but maybe we can create this representation?

The issue has already been dealt with here.
For the drawing, the standardized representation of the knurling is a diagonal grid so you can use the SolidWorks hatching, for example this one:
