Hello
I have a drawing that only opens in read-only mode (so impossible to save), is not used by another user. I can save it under a different name.
On the other hand, when I give it the same plan number again, I go back to read-only.
Read-only on the file is unchecked
Closing Solidworks completely doesn't work.
There is no file with a ~ in the directory
Thank you

Hello
By right-clicking on the file in windows, is the reader only box checked?
Otherwise, after a restart of the workstation?
Is it a file on the network?
Hello
If you right-click on it and then properties, is the read-only box checked???
I've had this kind of bug before. I had to close Solidworks completely (and not just the drawing) to be able to rename the file.

Is the drawing not open (presence of a file with a ~ in the directory) because of a bad closing, a crash or something else? If so, delete this file

Hello
Wouldn't you use PDMWorks Workgroup and this file would have the same name as a file in the vault that you don't own?

In PDMWorks Workgroup, I wasn't an owner
Not cool, Mick Cordero gave you the solution and you validated yourself as the best answer...
