It happens from time to time, what I do I close SW and I reopen it and normally it recovers properly. He sometimes loses his way for the symbol.

You can try to restart the station, and if it doesn't work, a hit with a baseball bat and in general you don't have the problem anymore!

Yes, as @hdijoux says, just close and turn SolidWorks back on and it will be repaired. It's when starting SolidWorks that it sometimes "misses" the file (Callout I think) and therefore, it can't find the graphical equivalent of the Ø symbol.
Conclusion: a redé&marrgade is enough most of the time.
