I would like to stop making drawings, but to dimension everything on the 3D. Machine operators and assemblers will be equipped with a screen to view these 3Ds
1: Is it possible?
2: Does anyone proceed like this?

Yes, full 3D quotation is possible via the Solidworks MDB add-on (and yes you still have to pay).
Be careful, however:
Will the workshop tablets be equipped to read this type of file ?
I bet that Edrawing will not be enough... See 3DExperience or a direct access to the company server (SolidWorks license)?
