Modeling a spring

@Tomalam, I did Helical scanning, it is simply marked Protrusion because my functions were done on a version of Pro/e where the names were different. Maybe even before the Wildfires.

Change one of the functions and you'll see that the window is different.

Oh yes I had skipped this little detail of the function name, but I very rarely use it

PS: gt22 we can't see anything!!

I use the function when I want a thread that is visual for customer presentations or sales literature.

Thank you s.b. for the image of your spring. Unfortunately I can't open it because I still have pro/e, I only switch to creo around March 2015 (the interface looks simpa :-) ). Can you make me a picture with the name of the sides, so that I can better understand the relationships. Our springs are made with a variable pitch to have the coil or coils joined at the beginning and at the end. Do you think it's not possible to keep this way of creating the spring with your relationships??

On my side I succeeded but I still have a calculation which for me remains random depending on the spring. So I'd like to test your relationships.

Thank you very much to all the people who help me. Even in a large company with more than 600 people, you don't always get help with problems like this^^

Hello

I think that variable pitch is possible.

Attached are the images function by function.

You can't see anything on the images.

I attach them one by one.

And the last one.

I didn't have the courage to make a global pdf.
