I'm not looking for perfection but to have a fairly close graphic rendering and to be able to vary the length of the DDAL Grip 240x50 grid.

Personally, I don't advise you to detail your gratings, it will generate long waiting times for display, especially for drawings. Otherwise for the shape you can create a stamping tool and make XY linear repeats and make a family of parts.

The reconstruction times may be really endless if you want to create all the "tears" and on several configurations...
I advise you to create only a few shapes in a corner, just to size them if necessary.
If it's for "Rendering", you can use Solidworks Appearances to make this type of aliasing appear.
And if you really need to make all the aliases appear, I would advise you to do a separate configuration using the "Repeat in an area" function with the "Geometry Repeat" option Enabled.
