I have a university project which is to model a hoist on Catia V5. I don't have permission to use any other software.
A hoist consists of pulleys and a chain/rope that connects the pulleys together. However, it seems to me that Catia does not allow you to make a rope. So I thought as it's a quick model, to replace the rope and pulleys with a chain and gears. And yet another problem, one part of the chain passes in front of another part of the chain and I don't know how to do it. If you have any suggestions or help, that would be great.
