Hello
I made a symmetry of a piece, on my model parts I added holes afterwards. But I don't want them to appear on the symmetrical part (which becomes a fake) and there I sin.
Thank you

Use the function to remove the faces or create an extrusion that fills the holes ^^
Hello, easy you have the function edited in the symmetrical part and you break the links with the base part. On the other hand, you will have to put the dimensions and constraints back in the sketches and functions.
Have a great weekend

Hello
You can use the Remove Face feature in the Surface tab. You'll just have to select delete and fill if I remember correctly... Do this in the symmetry room...
The time I answered, my colleagues gave the right answers... ^_^
Hello ac cobra
I think your answer is the best, without discrediting the others who answered, I thank them too.
I'm not a big fan of breaking all ties.
For me , removing faces is fine with me, thank you.
Hello
on 2017 no need to create an extrusion if you check it does by itself, MaD also good answer
Sorry I should have put it differently;)
Uses the function to delete the faces
or
creates an extrusion that fills holes ^^
On the other hand, check well suppress and fill otherwise it will generate a surface body :/
