I have a part, I would like it to have a certain volume (or mass if the material is specified). A rating is flexible. Can Solidworks, automatically, perform this calculation (by iteration or other) and define the value of the dimension?

If there is only one dimension to be modified, the other dimensions are fixed and the desired volume is known, all you have to do is go through an equation to find the right dimension.

You have the "design study" tool by right-clicking on the "Model" tab at the bottom right of the graphic window.
Then you can choose the dimensions to vary in order to have your desired volume.
@Frederic: Depending on the shape of the room, it may not be that simple.
There are also the "sensors" that can answer the question.
