Change the drill hole angle

Hello

I want to change the drilling angle to 120°. Is this possible on solidworks, or not?

Thank you

Yes, it's like the old at the SNCF

everything is possible with SolidWorks

Post at least one screen of your room to understand the problem

When you edit your drilling function, there is a check mark "show custom size"

it rolls out options including the angle of the bottom of drilling

A 120° drilling! It's no longer a piercing, or I didn't quite understand. In this case, do not use the drilling assistance and make a sketch with material removal.

@MARTIN. Julien : Hello, it's the cone of the drill floor linked to the drill.

So Pascal's answer is the right one.

@ac cobra 427, well if we know it, to change the angle of a drill hole, you just have to thank everyone and wish them good day ...

It was not mockery, far from it. The problem was; If someone will ask themselves the same question, let them be able to find the answer right away without typing all the answers. it's still fine, but if you have to type 50 answers to find the solution while if the person who asked the question had played the game.... he would have found it right away.

Ac cobra, I wasn't speaking for you but for gentlemen gt22 and d.roger.......

@ sea lion 69

to understand the why and how

it would have been enough to follow the comm thread

the answer selected as the best answer is now the correct one, which was not the case at the time of our answers

@ d Roger and myself

and I don't know the last answer @ ac cobra

This answer is given every time the poster selects an Eroded answer as the best answer

Hello

There was no mockery in my remarks but mostly incomprehension (a little exasperation I admit) on the choice of the best answer at the time of my post. The principle of a forum is from my point of view mutual aid and sharing and it does not stop at the moment a solution to a problem is found. Highlighting the right answer allows anyone asking the same question to help themselves quickly, if you have to type 3 pages of answers and guess which one is the right one, it's not easy.

Kind regards

Well I'm sorry I didn't answer in time..... I'm a novice......... I didn't know that I had to follow through on my decision.

"I didn't know that I had to follow up on my decision"

Maybe that's the problem. Just because the problem is solved doesn't mean we shouldn't think about the people who come after.

I want to say "selfishness" but unfortunately, it's a trait that is becoming more and more commonplace today (I'm talking about life in general).

So, when there is mutual aid or courtesy, it becomes surprising.

No one knows how to give an angle to a hole in the Hole Wizard actually???

It depends on which angle you are talking about...

A small diagram will shed light on your problem.
