Modify Mass Unit Systems

Hello

Is there a technique or tool to modify the system of unity of parts and mass assembly?

More clearly I would like to change a certain quantity of parts and assemblies from "MMGS" (mm, gram, second) to "Customized" (mm, Kilogtramme, second)

Hello, it's possible with a macro, but you need knowledge of VB programming, otherwise the Axemble utilities can do it, such as BatchConverter or Integration. But they are paying.

A solution take over your bill of materials via Excel

and add columns that will allow you to convert the required data

and nothing prevents you from taking this nomenclature and posting it on your plan or on a free sheet

You can also do this by clicking on the units at the bottom of Solidworks and then change the units as you want

if it does so by changing the units of the document

it will change all the units not some as requested

As @PL says, I have a macro that I run via the INTEGRATION utility.

I admit that I would be interested in a macro start that saves me from having to do x clicks to change a unit.

I had tried to do it by recording the macro but it doesn't take the choices. As a result, the macro displays the unit choice table and that's it.

@GT22, amha, it's not a problem of nomenclature but of displaying value in a plan, typically mass of the part called via a custom prop.

@Neroz: Julien said "edit... en masse" (to translate that he has a whole file of them) so it's a macro that is needed. Otherwise, yes, for 2-3 rooms it's the right way.
