Change file names automatically

Hello

I created a hundred detail plans for one project. However, I would need to add a code specific to each one in the file name.
Is there a myCADtools macro or tool that allows you to add a different suffix for each file? (I don't know macros well)
I imagine for example an excel table with a "code" column and an "old plan name"..

Yes, you have "ProjectExplorer" or "ProjectManager" from the myCADtools suite that allow you to rename files using custom naming rules without losing references.

Since you have access to the utility (Mycad)  the jmsavoyat  solution  will be  the easiest.

No need to know how to program a macro and rather easy to understand program.

I found what I was looking for on ProjectExplorer, telling it to prefix it with the appropriate custom property of the file.
