Hello
it can be done with a surface finish from the appearances tab of the Property Manager as shown here:
http://help.solidworks.com/2011/french/SolidWorks/sldworks/AllContent/SolidWorks/Core/Display/Appearances/HIDD_DVE_MATERIALS_SURFACE_FINISH.htm
Or by applying an apprence: Miscellaneous/Pattern/Embossing
as @ Lucas says
in surface condition via an appearance it is much simpler and less heavy
Now if you really want to create your knurling look at this tutorial

Hello
For my part, I created a library function with an appearance in 3D and I import the dimensions of the function into the drawing.
Have a nice day
Hello
I made a tutorial for a representation of knurling but it's on Creo elements.
But maybe you can find equivalent functions on SW:
http://www.lynkoa.com/tutos/3d/moletage-light
Since it has no bearing on the manufacture, and it just serves as an appearance,
An embossing appearance would be more than enough I think.
Hello
For the drawing, there is a standardized representation of the knurling that you can do with a hatched area for example.

Refer to @lamine.Kahlat's post from 2023

I tried with it, but I can't do it,

@lamine.kahlat for the proper functioning of the forum, this message will be deleted if you don't mind. Thank you
However, we answer your question well in the new post you created in February 2023.
Kind regards
