I am trying to obtain the moment of inertia of a subset BUT not in its center of gravity but on a particular point or axis that I create myself.
A kind of Huygens calculation but without calculating!

After the creation of your points, also create a coordinate system on this point (where you create your planes/axes/points)
So, when you calculate your moment of inertia, " all you have to " do is change in "Specify relative coordinate values for" to refer to your new coordinate system
