Cam/rod/spring movement

Good evening to all & best wishes for this new year,

Young PADAWAN on SW, I watch videos on YOUTUBE to continue my initial training.

I would like to simulate the operation of a cam, a rod and a spring.

When I put the few constraints + the cam constraint and I move the whole thing, all the objects move correctly (except the spring since I don't update) but when I do an update, there are times when the cam turns about 180°! It's not easy to explain things clearly, for example, I move the assembly so that the thinnest end of the cam is in contact with the rod and when I do the update, the cam automatically rotates 180°... I put the files in the attachment.

My 2nd question will be about the dynamic reconstruction of the spring, in this case, the rod goes through the cam...

The spring is digitized according to the tutorial. It works pretty well, though, can we simulate it in a mechanism? I don't have the impression of it...
