After investigation, we noticed that Firefox does block forms when the "strict" mode of tracking protection is enabled. In order for you to register for myCADday in Firefox, it is therefore necessary to disable this mode and switch to "standard" mode (see attached image).
However, if you cannot access these changes, you can register via another browser.
