Fails to load .NET framework

Hello

I have a computer with a disk in Seven pro, which I use for video and a disk under windows 10 1809 for Solidworks 2018.

Everything was working fine but as of today, Solidworks refuses to launch because of a .NET framework loading problem.

What do you advise me to do? Thank you

Indeed, the first thing to do is to go to the Windows update history, especially since at the moment version 1903 (I think) is being released.

To fix Microsoft .NET Framework update installation errors (windows 10/8/7) here is the microsoft tool: NetFxRepairTool downloadable from the microsoft site here
