Rib following a trajectory

Hello

We are going to acquire a "rib wheel" tool (see image). I would like to know how to make this type of rib in SW.

Hello, you have to make this kind of rib with the stamped tool:

The stamped tool does not allow you to make a trajectory.

I think you'll have to make as many tools as the type of trajectory you'll need

or repeat your shape along your trajectory

but you'd better have a crazy PC

As @gt22 says, in my opinion, we need to make a tool for each trajectory. Either you make a stored and reusable tool or you do it in the room like in this tutorial and then you hide it or you remove the body from the trajectory after stamping.

SW is sometimes weird: there are 2 stamped functions available.

The one for the sheet metal module, already mentioned and one accessible via insertion/function which uses an existing body in the part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpiQewaM7sw

Hello

Maybe I'm misunderstood, but isn't it possible to just do a scan? Maybe with the hull function afterwards?
