I want to display the name of the subassembly and not the name of the part.
I'm using a note with the property-related tab.
Does anyone have an idea?

You have indeed started on the right path but you must be missing a step. I'm sticking you the Solidworks help which is well done and works great (I just tested it) ... don't forget point 5 which must be your missing point
