Is there a way (options setting or other) to increase the number of files in the Window menu, currently at 9.

Hello not from Tools / options in any case, in administrator mode I don't think either, maybe with a CAA license.
You still have the possibility to display the rest of the windows and to enlarge the panel to see all the files open in session.
