Note with double circle

Hey community!

 

I have a little problem, on my plans I have to put shipping markers.

These markers should be surrounded by 2 circles but apart from making a note with 1 circle and then adding another one around it by hand I don't really see how to do it.

Don't you have a trick to help me go faster?

Or would you know how to customize the outline of a note?

 

As attachments you will find on the left a note with a circle as SW knows how to do very well and on the right what I would like.

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, it is not possible to personalize the contours of a note.

it seems to me that customization is not possible and to do it quickly I think that a block that you insert would be the easiest....
