But I would like to have the folding notes (folding table, parts list properties) in English AND French.
How to do it?!

for the bending notes on the drawing, you need to edit the "bendnoteformat.txt" file in "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\lang\French" or "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\lang\English".
For the rest, I don't know.

But if it's just for a few parts, you can do it manually.
On your mep, by clicking on your unfolded view and double click on the top and bottom notes to add up and down (see image)
For the list of parts, make one next to it that you will translate.
