1 click on a dimension gives the first simple window where ^ù the dimension changes directly.
A double click gives the 2nd window with more possibilities
The first case is when Instant 3D is activated:
It is by default in 2016.
You have to click on it to deactivate it.

For sketches, it's the same thing but with Instant 2D
It must be disabled to have only the classic windowing in case of dimension changes
