New SolidWorks installation: Unable to open a macro

Hello

On a new PC, unable to run a macro or macro editor, SolidWorks displays the message "cannot open #nom of macro#" (even when launching SmartProperties).
And when I try to launch the macro editor, SolidWorks crashes directly.
I tried to reset the settings to 0 from the registry without success.

Anyone have an idea?

No, I'm on Windows 7.

The error came from the Microsoft KB so I followed this tutorial:
