I want to get my hands on CATIA again. I haven't used CATIA since I was a student, so I'm stuck and need help.
My project to get my hands dirty: the modeling of an AS555 Fennec.
I started with a model that I scanned in 3D. I got a 3D object that I reworked with the software provided with the scanner.
I imported the stl file into catia. I come across my point cloud , however the points are grouped into a single block. I don't remember how to unbundle them.

If you import a single STL file, CATIA opens everything together, you have to export the STL separately and import them one by one into your room.

The tutorial, part 2, helped me a lot. The rendering is pretty good, considering the resolution of the scanner and the smoothing I did.
My helicopter is about to be completed.
