Is it possible to have an alphabetical and not a numerical numbering of the associated nomenclatures and bubbles?

On SolidWorks, you can enter a "Custom Property" for each part (e.g. Num_Article --> A, B, C ...). Then, when you request the bubbling of your components, you just have to get this property and not the one proposed by default (Item Number). Then in your BOM table template, you specify that the coordinate column should retrieve the "Num_Article" property. The only downside is that you manage this value, so there is a risk of duplication or non-information.

I'm trying JM's solution today.

The jmsavoyat solution is not suitable: restrictive and risk of duplication in other assemblies.
