Hello, is it possible to insert a Lambert 93 basemap in draftsight please?

Otherwise, what do you mean " Lambert 93 please ".

Draftsight is not natively equipped for this.
It is tricky to transform a Cartesian frame of reference (X-Y-Z) into a geodetic frame of reference.
To try (Without any guarantees and you will probably have to do some DIY to use the macros Under Draftsight):
