Hello Community,

Can you help me with the following question;

how to switch from a Solidworks installed in English to a Solidworks in French?

You have to reinstall the installation DVD, and in the choice of options, put "French" which should not have been checked correctly.

Otherwise check that Windows is set to French (Region and Language)

And last solution, in the General options of SolidWorks, there are 2 checkboxes to put the SW menus in English.

I noticed that the "french" file is missing from the lang folder of my SLDW premium 2016 installation.

but this file, once decompressed and replaced, does not work.
