Is there a "utility" or other that would guide me on the bending order of a simple or complex part?

Well, yes, there is a very good one called "experience&know". But it is acquired over time!
At worst, go ask for the workshop, they will guide you. Especially if it's to fix them later, they shouldn't be reluctant to share their knowledge with you;)

this is an option that is found in the MEPs. When you click on the unfolded view there the PropertyManager tree opens and you have folding notes and there is a folding order icon. After that, it's like coin37coin said... Experience. 12:01 p.m.
