Where are the Géolocalisaiotn deinition files in the cloud version 423? I don't have a \win_b64\resources\geolocation directory?

I just installed the 2021x version with Hotfix 1.5, but no file EPSG-9.1.0-CRS-3dxml.zip now, anyone know how to recover this file?
