I draw in a document piece let's say "in place" several pieces in the same document I would like to stamp the parts that don't serve me; And to have just the plan where I'm sketching and it is possible in solidwork to have several levels like in topsolid, thank you for your answers.

It is possible to hide a function or sketch on Solidworks. Simply right-click on the function or sketch and then click on hide (glasses or eye symbol).
