During the installation of SW2016, the salesman told me about "Advanced BOM", a Lynkoa utility that allows you to open SW BOMs from any computer, so it seems very practical to me.
Do you know where this utility is in lynkoa, I haven't seen it.........

Maybe it's SmartBom: you have to be part of the myCADtools suite, which is paid unless you have a myCAD account (but it shouldn't appear in your profile and it's not the case):
