Where to download SP 4.0 for 2022?

SolidWorks automatic updates do not work. So, where to download the SP 4.0 for 2022?

it seems trivial, but the keyword "Sp 4.0" doesn't lead to any answer.

Then the "CAD download" link on the left doesn't work (no link). On the other hand I managed by going to "Software" on the right in "My shortcuts"
