"Draft analysis" tool unavailable

Hello
I am currently modeling a part for plastic injection and I want to know which surface is already stripped or not for demolding.
Problem: the draft and undercut analysis tools are available but no dialog box opens for me. I can't then access the scan settings menu, as if the tool opens and closes automatically.
On the image below, I have the problem with the tools in the left column, but the ones on the right open the settings for me.

I also specify that this problem is not isolated to a single piece of my modeling, but with all.

The most basic solution I found: restart the PC completely (since restarting only SolidWorks didn't work!

For me it works very well.
Is it a part that you have drawn entirely Y/N
Did you import all or part of the Y/N part?

Can you post your piece, it may be easier and faster.
