I have made a molded part and I would like to isolate the mold and my die in two separate files.
Is this possible?

It's possible very easily. In the feature manager on the left, go to the "Solid Bodies" folder, and right-click then "Insert in a new room..." ".
The links will also be maintained between your original part, your mold and the molded part!
