Hello
I want to use the render tool but when I put final render or apprecrec, the window opens and closes instantly.
SOLIDWORKS 2015
All the liscences are ok and it's enabled in the add-ins
any solution??

Check in add/remove program that the Apple " Hello " software is installed on your computer. If not, repair SOLIDWORKS to reinstall.

There is no need ^'to be on Apple to have the "Hello" software
"Hello" is a software published by Apple which is a SolidWorks prerequisite, the problem you report is linked in 99% of cases to the solution provided by lmandon
