Open autocad files in SolidWorks

  I can't open autocad files in SolidWorks even by following the wizad.

The wizad?

 

You can open dxf or dwg by selecting "All files" in the tab at the bottom right when you open your documents.

 

I attach an image where the box is visible.

Do you have an error message?

Have you tried opening it with DraftSight?

Which version of SolidWorks are you using?

Opening file new DWG tab you open the DWG and you choose "Import into a new part as a sketch", choose the unit in mm and you only have + to constrain

Hello Which version do you use in solidworks? Same question for the dwg.

 

I say this because if it's the latest 2013 version of the DWG, you have to wait for the next SP of SW2013 to be able to open them!
