Always open the latest PDMworks version

Note: I am the administrator.

I can't find where the 'Always open the latest version' setting is in the PDMworks admin interface.

Someone?

Dsl if the question has already been asked, but the search page sends me to a 404.

Ah, SW and PDM enterprise 2014

And in the 'settings' dialog box that appears when you click on 'settings', I don't have the line 'always use the latest version of files'

Neither on SW docs, nor on office docs, I'm sure and prove it:

 

We are talking about _well_ opening a document by double-clicking on it.

Are you sure that versioning office documents can be done with WorkGroup ?

It's PDM enterprise. I would like that whatever the local version, when opening PDM systematically looks for and opens the latest archived version.

Whatever the opening mode, and whatever the type of document managed by PDM.

And yes, Office versioning can be done with Enterprise PDM.

Okay: PDMWorks and PDM Enterprise are two completely different software!

I thought the names were PDMworks workgroup and PDMworks Enterprise. It seems to me that this was the case.

Yes, it is the former Conisio, the Enterprise version

Oh yes indeed in 2008 we called it PDMworks Enterprise.

Sorry, I haven't been using SolidWorks for that long and I've always heard of Enterprise or EPDM.

FYI, since the 2016 version, the new one from Enterprise is PDM Professional...

And the basic version is called PDM Standard.

Since when do you have the problem? 
When you put something (archiving) in the PDM you still have version control?

Everything works normally, but when you open the uploaded file is the local version by default.
