I no longer have access to " pack and go " and " search for references "
this is still possible under LTC 2019
I rebutted but without success
Do you know a procedure to solve this problem?

In case you look in File/customize menu (at the bottom of the menu in your screenshot) if you can check Pack and go and Search for references.
