Sheet metal parameters

Hi all

I would like to know how to automatically have the attachment settings for all the sheet metal parts created, namely k-factor at 0.35, and tear auto-notching .

Thanks in advance

Maybe by playing with the sldprtdot file.

Hello

You just have to fill in these parameters in an empty part and then save it as a room model (.prtdot) and there it is kept.

Good evening

For my part, I fill in the sldpdot room model. We work mainly on 3 layers, so we created 3 models.

Otherwise, there is always a way to automatically record a macro.

It shouldn't be too complicated since it's only a few parameters.

Compared to the previous solutions (which are also good), the macro should make it easy to change the parameters in case of a change in thickness during the study. So it can be complementary.

@YP69, I don't believe that this type of "sldpdot" file exists! In any case, I haven't found anything about it.

Same for @stefbeno , I couldn't find a "sldprtdot"..

Spell checker of comfortable c is good sldprtdot

@YP69 I really don't find it.  See link but it's prtdot - drwdot and asmdot for everything model see this link...

Maybe by using a sheet metal template table.
