No choice of backgrounds for drawing

Hello

 

I wanted to change my drawing template which was set to "USA projection" and replace it with "Europe projection"... But unfortunately, after this change I can no longer select, when I open it, my basemap according to my needs.

One of them is directly loaded by default... I can't find any answers to reconfigure this startup option.

Excuse me...  

I found a solution.

Just right-click on the sheet to "delete" the current sheet and start again on a blank page. The drawing model must then be re-established by overwriting the previous one.
