I just saw a vertical and a horizontal band appear in my MEP screen that seems to indicate my positioning on the screen. (see pj)
How can we remove these tapes? obviously this causes me problems because for example I can't create a note anymore...

Isn't it the Insert > Ruler menu?
Edit: rather Display, Rules
.PL, the problem is that suddenly I don't have the hand anymore, I can only move the view...
For the ruler menu I can't deactivate it because I can't ???!!!!
I can't even delete anything anymore.
Well, that's .PL, I had to close SW and restart it and suddenly I was able to disable the rule...
