Pb appearance of horizontal and vertical headband in mep

Hello

 

I just saw a vertical and a horizontal band appear in my MEP screen that seems to indicate my positioning on the screen. (see pj)

 

How can we remove these tapes? obviously this causes me problems because for example I can't create a note anymore...

Isn't it the Insert > Ruler menu?

Edit: more Display  , Rules.

Go to "View" and uncheck "Rule"
