Pb creation of sheet metal parts

Hi all

Here's my problem: in the attached sheet metal part, created on the surface, I can't convert the entire part into sheet metal.

SW takes into account straight surfaces but as soon as I get to the edge of the beginning of the rounding, no way to thicken...

Solutions??? thank you in advance

Be careful the rounded side + the flat is not sewn with the rest.

I arrive by sewing a first part, then a second and finally by sewing the first with the second. But when I transform into sheet metal it works until the rounding, then he tells me that he can't find a flat face etc...
