On a shot, the bubble seems to lose its references and turns green.
The view is well attached to a nomenclature.

It's not a problem of nomenclature but of the bubble clinging.
The surface on which the bubble was hung has disappeared. You are on a (partial?) cut, if you have changed the cut line, this may be enough.

The surfaces and volumes in this view are always present.
If I add standard number bubbles, it remains blue (Color of our layer, dimensioning).

Sometimes it is enough to simply hook the tip of the arrow to an edge of the desired part.
