I have an export problem, I'm attaching my part in 2022.
When I export my piece with the sketch, it does anything to me!
I drew the emblem of our rescue center to engrave it with a laser but really see screen.

I don't have the 2022 but maybe a bug (there seems to have been a lot of fixes on the DXF export on the different SPs of the 2022: Fixed SPRs| SOLIDWORKS)

I had this type of problem with a client's logo.
To get around it:
1 - remove material from your sketch, do it by zone by changing the value of the removal (0.1 then 0.2 then 0.3...)
2 - do the MEP scale 1/1
3 - export the MEP to DXF
This allows you to see all the contours (removal of different depths) and to get rid of the splines of the sketch that don't go well in DXF.
In my case, it worked very well. I hope it works for you.
Ok but I have SP4 so the latest version available unless they have released an SP4.1 patch
